(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint chief electricity inspectors and electricity inspectors as necessary to inspect and supervise electricity generation, transmission or distribution.
(2) The qualification required for Chief Electrical Inspector and Electrical Inspector shall be as prescribed.
(3) Other duties, duties and rights of the Chief Electrical Inspector and the Electrical Inspector shall be as prescribed.
